Product Instructions

The Mayan's Secret Tea

Take once per day before 10:00 AM only. Shawn's dose: 12 to 16 oz (follow weight-based chart if provided). Brew: boil 51 oz distilled water, add 30 leaves, boil 2 minutes, steep 2 hours, strain, and save the leaves — they are reusable. Add a pinch of black pepper before drinking. No sweetener. Drink hot or warm.

AMPK — The Master Metabolic Switch

Shake well. Take 1 oz mixed into 16 oz spring water, 20 to 30 minutes before each meal. If you experience upset stomach or acid reflux, use 1 teaspoon in 4 oz of spring water instead. Take before both Meal 1 and Meal 2.

KILLER C — Virus-Fighting Power

Brew as a tea. Shake or stir the container before each pour. Take 4 oz on an empty stomach per dose. While virus is active: 3 doses daily at 8:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 7:00 PM. For maintenance: reduce to 2 doses daily.

Lymphatic Flush

Option A: Brew 8 to 12 oz hot tea. Option B: Mix 1 scoop powder in 8 to 12 oz hot water or juice. Take at 12:00 PM on an empty stomach, at least 2 to 3 hours after Meal 1. Do not take with food.

Di Bitterz Tincture

Take 2 droppers full in 2 oz of water. Best taken in the morning before 12 PM. Taken once daily at 8:00 AM as part of the morning routine.

Colon Cleanse Tincture (Daily Detox)

Daily detox dose: ½ dropper in 2 oz water, 2 to 3 times per day. Take at 2:00 PM and again at 8:00 PM. Add a mid-morning dose if taking 3 times daily. Note: this is the daily tincture dose and is separate from the bi-weekly Saturday night powder cleanse.

Type Two Sweet Blood Tincture

Follow the dosage instructions on the bottle. Taken after Meal 2 at approximately 6:00 PM for blood sugar support and A1C management. Taken once daily in the evening.

Celtic Sea Salt (Hydration Support)

Morning: ¼ teaspoon in 8 oz Aqua Vitalis Spring Water with 1 oz lemon juice. Use the swish and sip method. Repeat electrolyte dose in the evening. During the 3-day fast: ½ teaspoon with 16 oz water, 2 to 3 times daily.

Colon Cleanse Plan

Taken every 2 weeks on Saturday night. Shawn's dose is based on body weight — see chart below.

  1. Saturday at 9:00 PM: measure dose based on weight chart.
  2. Mix with 10 to 12 oz organic juice or spring water.
  3. Drink immediately. Do not let it sit.
  4. Follow immediately with 16 oz of water.
  5. Go to bed by 10:00 PM.
  6. Expect multiple eliminations 6 to 10 hours later, usually Sunday morning.
  7. Stay home all day Sunday.

Weight Chart (5g scoops):

  • 100–125 lb → 1 scoop
  • 126–150 lb → 2 scoops
  • 151–200 lb → 3 scoops
  • 201–300 lb → 4 scoops
  • 301–400 lb → 5 scoops
  • 401–500 lb → 6 scoops

Schedule: Week 1 Saturday and Week 3 Saturday.

Sunday Recovery Day

  • Stay home all day. Do not plan travel, work, or driving.
  • Drink 16 oz of spring water every 2 to 3 hours all day.
  • Meal 1 at 9:00 AM: herbal tea, fresh fruit, or a light smoothie.
  • Meal 2 at 4:00 PM: vegetable broth, steamed vegetables, small portion of fish or chicken, and ¼ cup rice or quinoa.
  • Avoid heavy protein, dairy, fried foods, and processed foods.
  • Hydration goal: minimum 80 to 100 oz total for the day.

3-Day Water Fast Plan

This 3-day fast runs during Week 2 — Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Complete the Week 1 colon cleanse before starting. Approach carefully with strong attention to hydration, rest, and body awareness. Break the fast on Thursday.

Preparation

Complete the colon cleanse Saturday night. Eat light on Sunday. Increase spring water intake. Hydrate heavily before the fast begins on Monday.

Day 1 — Monday

Water only: Aqua Vitalis Spring Water exclusively. Electrolytes: ½ tsp Celtic Sea Salt in 16 oz water in the morning and evening. Minimum 80 to 100 oz of water throughout the day. Rest and light stretching.

Day 2 — Tuesday

Continue water only and Celtic Sea Salt electrolytes. The body enters deep cellular repair and autophagy. Light stretching and meditation. No intense exercise.

Day 3 — Wednesday

Continue water and electrolytes. Deep detox state and peak HGH release. Rest deeply. Prioritize sleep tonight to prepare for breaking the fast tomorrow.

Breaking The Fast — Thursday

First meal: bone broth or vegetable broth only. Next meal: steamed vegetables, fermented foods, or avocado. Final meal: light protein with healthy fats — salmon and leafy greens. Do not break the fast with heavy food.
